Check the status of uploaded files via Upload Tracking

LENA Online's Upload Tracking screen shows the status of each file that has been transferred from a LENA device until the processing results have been converted to a report.

1. In LENA Online, select Admin/Upload Tracking.

2. View status for each in-process file.

Files processing normally will be listed under In Process.

Files enter this table at UPL Created (successful device transfer) and leave the table when ITS File Import is completed, which means a report is available.

Use column selector to show steps of interest.

3. Click Stalled, In Error, or Recorder Offload Errors to track down problems.

Stalled

A file is considered Stalled if its status has not changed in 48 hours. The most common reason for a stall is that the Hub program has been closed, or the computer has slept, before uploads or local processing completed.

In Error

A file is considered In Error when an error occurs in uploading the file from your Hub to the cloud, or during local audio processing on your Hub. (Rarely, an error occurs during cloud processing, after the file has left your Hub computer. LENA typically resolves cloud processing issues quickly).

Recorder Offload Errors

This section lists instances where the device transfer failed.
