Show hidden files (C:\ProgramData)

Logs for LENA Hub and LENA Device Service are in C:\ProgramData. This directory may be hidden on your computer.

Follow these steps to gain access to the LENA Hub logs..but please do not alter the LENA data folders and subfolders.

Windows 10

  1. Open File Explorer to view folders.
  2. Click the View tab in the command ribbon.
  3. In the Show/hide area, check the box for Hidden items.
  4. This will allow you to access the C:\ProgramData folder.
