Inactivate a Group (Admin only)
Before inactivating a group, be sure that:
- recorders have been unassigned from all children (enrolled, completed, and dropped)
- all children have been marked as completed or dropped
1. Select the LENA organization containing the group.
Use the context drop-down to choose the organization (level) where the group is located.
2. From the Main Menu, Admin section, select Functional Groups.
3. Click on the group's name.
4. Change the status to Inactive.
