Move a user to a different organization (Admin only)

When a user's responsibilities change, or if a user account has been created incorrectly, it may be necessary to move the user to a different organization. Other viable alternatives may include creating a separate user account, or simply changing the user's permissions.

For help assessing the situation and executing the proper changes, the account administrator should send an email to [email protected] with the following information (from the user screen):

  • Name of user to be moved
  • User ID
  • Current organization name/ID
  • Organization to move to
  • Brief description of why the move is needed

We will review the details and work with you to move or update the user account.
