Access LENA reports for participants in closed/inactive groups
Reports for past children in closed groups are accessible by system search or through the custom reports. Choose your method based on whether you need to access just one report or many.
Access report for just one child in a closed group
1. In the context menu, select the Organization that contains the child's inactive group.
2. Type the child's name, ERID, or LENA ID into the Search bar.
Access reports for many/all children in a closed group
1. In the context menu, select the Organization that contains the child's inactive group.
2. Use the main menu to open Data > Reports.
3. Filter on Inactive Orgs/Groups and Completed Participants.
4. Click the Organization and Group arrows to expand the group of interest.
