How can a caregiver re-enable text messaging after opting out?

If a caregiver previously opted out of texting but would now like to receive LENA texts, he or she must opt back in.

Using the phone number associated with the caregiver in LENA, the caregiver should text the word START to the number below:

855-960-0731

Note:  This "opt in" step allows the texting service to resume sending the LENA text messages. It does not re-send messages from the time period when the caregiver had opted out.
