Users screen: Access and orientation (Admin only)
Location
Access via the Main Menu, under Admin. (Your Admin options may differ from those shown in the image below.)
Navigation features
- Use the context selector to show the organization of interest.
- Filter by user status (Active, Inactive).
- Sort by any column, ascending or descending.
- Use the screen search box to filter on any string of characters.
- Use the display column selector to choose types of information to display.
- Use the export button to save the information on the screen to a file.
Information displayed
This is the only screen where usernames are displayed.
Use the display column selector to display or hide any of the following fields:

"Y" indicates this permission is enabled. User is an account administrator, and so can add and manage other users and groups at and below his/her organization. The other two permissions are implied - user can also see all data, including names, for all children at and below this organization. |
| View Child Name |
"Y" indicates this permission is enabled. User can see names as entered for all children in his/her purview (organization(s) or group(s)). Hub recorder confirmation window will display the child's name. "-" indicates this permission is not enabled. User will see a code in place of the name for all children in his/her purview. Hub recorder confirmation window will display ******* in place of the name. |
| View Org Data |
"Y" indicates this permission is enabled. User can see all data at and below this organization. Child names may be displayed or masked, depending on whether View Child Name is enabled. "-" indicates indicates this permission is not enabled. User must be linked to one or more groups in order to see anything in LENA Online. In associated groups, child names may be displayed or masked, depending on whether View Child Name is enabled. |
| Texting? | "Y" indicates the user is configured to receive automated texts from the LENA system (e.g., daily recording summaries, group-specific notifications, system update alerts) |
| Texting Number | Textable phone number where system will send notifications, if texting is enabled. |
| Telephone | User's telephone number. Optional field, separate from the texting number and often not used. |

| Receive Email? | "Y" indicates the user is configured to receive automated email from the LENA system (e.g., daily recording summaries, group-specific notifications, system update alerts). |

Date and time this user last logged in to LENA Online (does not capture LENA Hub logins) |
